In-Person Session (60-min): Starting at $150
Online Session (60-min): Starting at $100
Discounted Memberships & Packages: For those ready to commit to a consistent training schedule, I offer a variety of fixed-term memberships and packages with discounted per-session rates. Price per session as low as $85.
Custom Session Lengths: In addition to our standard 60-minute sessions, 30-minute and 45-minute training options are also available upon request to fit your specific needs and schedule.
Semi-Private Training

Team Sports Performance Training

$400 for a single 60 minute session
*Maximum number of athletes for weight room team training is 20. If training is requested for recurring sessions then a package deal will be granted.
