Soccer Specific Performance Training
As a former college and semi professional player, I combine both ball skills, tactical work, strength training, conditioning, plyometrics, speed, agility, and all aspects of the game into this training.
I offer a range of options consisting of 60 minute field sessions and strength and conditioning (S&C).
Monthly Performance Program (4 weeks) - $950
4 field technical sessions
4 S&C sessions
1 game evaluation and analysis
Athlete Quarterly Performance Program (12 week commitment) - $5600
24 field technical sessions
24 S&C sessions
3 game evaluations and analysis
Team Sports Performance Training

I partner with coaches to design integrated programs that enhance speed, power, and resilience, giving your athletes the competitive edge and reducing injury risk throughout the season. Let's build a stronger, more dominant team together.
$400 for a single 60 minute session
*Maximum number of athletes for weight room team training is 12. If training is requested for recurring sessions then a package deal will be granted.
Private Training
Don’t play soccer? No problem, my extensive background in a variety of sports provides me with the skills to provide strength and conditioning services to a wide range of athletes and non-athletes. I offer a range of options to fit your schedule and budget, with discounted rates available for clients who commit to a more consistent training plan.
A La Carte (Pay-As-You-Go): For maximum flexibility, you can pay for sessions individually.
In-Person Session (60-min): $100-150 depending on location, frequency, and package commitment
Online Session (60-min): Starting at $75-100 depending on frequency and package commitment
Discounted Memberships & Packages: For those ready to commit to a consistent training schedule, I offer a variety of fixed-term memberships and packages with discounted per-session rates.
Custom Session Lengths: In addition to my standard 60-minute sessions, 30-minute and 45-minute training options are also available upon request to fit your specific needs and schedule.
Semi-Private Training
