My journey into strength and conditioning began in Berkeley, California, where I competitively and recreationally engaged in a variety of sports, including soccer, track/cross country, and ultimate frisbee. My passion for soccer led me to play at UCSB, and I've been fortunate to continue playing semi-professionally across Southern California, the Bay Area, and Greece.
Currently based in Glen Cove, NY, I serve as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and coach youth soccer with Gold Coast FC. Most recently, I worked for Massachusetts General Hospital’s Home Base program serving veterans and active duty service members. Prior to this, I honed my expertise as a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Coach at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, WA. My extensive experience spans diverse populations, encompassing professional athletes, collegiate athletes, high school athletes, military personnel, recreational athletes, and everyone in between, all with unique goals and needs.
My core mission is to empower my clients to achieve higher levels of physical fitness and elevate their understanding of physical education. Through tailored guidance, I aim to foster the development of sustainable habits that not only lead to remarkable success but also significantly reduce the likelihood of injury, enhancing their overall quality of life and performance.
